KitReload is a brand for custom apparel and sportswear inquiries, including football kits, T-shirts, running wear, training wear, teamwear and sports uniforms. Information on this website explains the inquiry process; it is not an online checkout.
Submitting or preparing an inquiry does not place or accept an order. A particular supply arrangement requires confirmation of the written quotation and order details.
Quotations and order confirmation
Product specifications, customization options, quantities, pricing, production estimates, shipping terms and payment instructions are confirmed for each request. Any quote validity period or additional charge must be communicated in the actual quotation.
Payment methods and payment instructions are confirmed after order details and quotation are finalized. The website does not promise acceptance of a particular payment provider for every order and does not take online payments.
Custom production approval
Before production is agreed, check the design, sizes, colors, garment combination, names, numbers, print positions and quantity breakdown. Approval materials and the written order should make the requirements clear.
Production timing depends on the product, quantity, artwork and required approvals. Changes after approval may not be feasible and may affect cost or timing; they must be agreed in writing.
Artwork and intellectual property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that logos, trademarks, graphics or designs they provide for customization are authorized for their intended use.
Do not submit third-party artwork without the necessary rights. KitReload may ask for clarification or decline a request where permission or suitability cannot be established. Supplying a logo does not imply that KitReload is an authorized partner of that logo's owner.
Website images and information
Product images on this website are illustrative original design concepts, not proof of stock availability, a completed customer order or a particular garment's final specifications. Actual materials, shades, printing and packaging must be agreed for the order.
Ask us to confirm the garment details that matter to your project rather than inferring them from an illustration.
Shipping, customs and order issues
